Beth is a registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar (BA Psychology, Honours Psychology, Master of Clinical Psychology).

Beth believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can occur by working from a place of collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. Together, working to build insight and explore patterns that may be contributing to difficulties in your life by looking beyond symptoms to understand how past experiences shape current thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

Beth integrates a trauma-informed practice and draws on therapeutic modalities, including ACT, EMDR and Psychodynamic. Working across private and public health settings, Beth has experience with individuals who have faced:

  • difficulties with life transitions or identity

  • trauma, PTSD, complex trauma

  • grief and loss

  • chronic stress

  • interpersonal and relationship difficulties

  • anxiety/depression

  • acute and chronic illness

  • domestic or family violence

  • challenges related to migration

  • a range of other mental health concerns

Beth offers psychology and psychotherapy sessions across Melbourne’s inner north, including Thornbury, Northcote, Preston, Reservoir, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Clifton Hill, Brunswick, Brunswick East, Brunswick West, Ivanhoe, Fairfield, Parkville, Carlton and Carlton North. She provides psychotherapy, counselling, and psychology support for adults in Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs, both in-person and online.
